I’m lucky enough to get to craft with friends on a regular basis and have made some great friendships. Laura was fortunate enough to sit with us in a class a few of us took at our local stamp store, Impress Rubber Stamps. Laura has a great smile and a wonderful laugh, we all became fast friends! Today we are celebrating her birthday with a blog hop!
I made this card at the last class we took together at Impress and it is one of my favorites. The picture doesn’t do it justice as the center of the blue flower has stickles and the Happy Birthday is stamped in delicata gold ink both of which have lots of sparkle.
Wishing you a very Happy Birthday Laura!
You should have arrived here from Toni’s blog your next stop is the fabulous Kimberly!

Time for the Papertrey Ink February Blog Hop!
This month’s inspiration photo:
Supplies: PTI White Cardstock, Sequin; SU Stamps, DP; Sugar Peas Die; Copics
I made this card for my sweet and very talented friend Kate at Pinned and Penned. I wasn’t able to join in her birthday blog hop but I wanted her to know I was thinking of her and to wish her a Happy Birthday even if it is a little lot late.
I hate using my white PTI CS for bases that get covered up with DP, rather than directly stamped on, but it is so sturdy it tends to be what I use most when I only have light top layers.
Thanks for stopping by and happy hopping!
I was inspired to make these bookmarks after I saw this fabulous card by my friend Toni! I just finished them this morning and they are going out with some last-minute gifts today! Stamps are from Sweet Stamp Shop and I colored them with Copics. Bookmark die is from Papertrey Ink. I just love how they turned out.
Thanks for stopping by and have fun hopping!
This as Sugar Pea Design stamp set that I fell in love with as soon as I saw it! I told you yesterday that I hadn’t colored images with copics in a very long time and this is my first attempt after watching youtube videos for a coloring refresher. I had the hair looking good and then thought I would make the tips just a bit darker and my pen had other ideas and messed it up. I’ll live with it but I will also keep practicing! I will also (try) to stop adding things after I think I’m done as it rarely makes anything better. 🙂
Wishing you a day filled with fun and fur!
