With All My Heart PTI February Blog Hop

PTI Blog Hop
Time for the Papertrey Ink Feb Blog Hop!
This month’s inspiration photo:

Supplies:  PTI Black & Raspberry Fizz Cardstock; Delicata Gold Ink; Ranger Gold Pearl Embossing Powder;
Simon Says Stamp Sentiment; Laurel Stamp? Pretty Pink Posh Gold Sequins

I love the inspiration photo!  I made this card last minute so I used stamps that I had on hand which weren’t PTI but I was able to use the beautiful PTI cardstock!  It really is my favorite cardstock.

Thanks for stopping by and happy hopping!

So Many Blends Poppy Sketch #16

Time for a new sketch over on the Poppy Sketch’s blog and our sponsor for challenge is:

My card today is based on this sketch:

Metallic Flame cardstock; Stampin’ Up Stamps Work of Art, Perfect Blend; Simon Says Stamp Sequins; Fiskars Leaf Border Punch

I am in love with this cardstock!  It has just the right amount of shimmer and is very sturdy.  It makes the perfect base for a card or invitation.  I like it so much I have the red version in my cart right now to use for my Christmas cards this year!

I have been on a coffee kick for the last month or so and I just love this stamp set so I thought it was time to use it!

Thanks for joining us at Poppy Sketches, I can’t wait to see what you create!

Love Coffee Lovers Bloghop

Did you know there was a day dedicated to coffee?  There is and what better way to celebrate than grabbing a cup of your favorite coffee and go blog hopping!  There are several awesome vendors that have donated prizes:

And the prizes…
There are also flash giveaways from some additional outstanding vendors!

I donated a coffee stamp set called Perfect blend from Stampin’ Up!

Here is my fifth card:
Love Coffee
Simon Says Stamp Heart Die; PTI Love die, burlap, Smokey Shadow, Kraft, Ocean Tides CS, Basic Grey DP

I don’t know if it is the color combo or the little piece of burlap but I totally love this card!  The latte cup stamp is from a friend (Kimberly from Winerhoneymooners!) who I have the pleasure of getting to craft with about once a month.  Last month I think this cup was the only thing I stamped in over two hours, as I was way to busy talking and watching what everyone else was creating.  🙂

I love how our creative interests bring so many people from all around the world together for fun and happy things like this.  With so many problems and tragic events taking place in the world today it is nice to have, even if just for a short time, a happy place to go to see lovely art, visit with old friends and possibly make a few new friends.

I want to send out a great big thank you to Chaitali and Amy for coming up with this blog hop idea and all the hard work that went into getting it put together.  You guys rock!

Thanks again for stopping by and happy hopping!

Power of being caffeinated Coffee Lovers

Power of being caffeinated
Simon Says Stamp Die; PTI Kraft, Black, Canyon Clay CS, Latte Love; Basic Grey DP

If it had not been for the two (large) coffee’s I had Sunday, I wouldn’t have finished any of these cards on time!  Not that I had a quota to make more but I had all the supplies out and I have a lot a few coffee related items on hand…  Which means that I should be able to make at least a couple dozen with no problems and needed to justify to myself that I don’t buy things I don’t need or use…

This designer paper came in the October Simon Says Stamp kit and I wasn’t in love with it but as has been happening to me lately it actually grew on me!  Plus my friend Amy reminded me that a little goes a long way with lots of bold graphics and colors, so I added just a strip of the paper on here and a small piece on the heart and I really like how it turned out!   Thanks Amy!  I think it has a masculine feel to it don’t you?
