I LOVE this copper/rose gold washi! It is so pretty in real life. The card is just meh but that washi! haha
I stamped the sentiment with brilliance copper but it didn’t stamp very well and I tried to help by embossing it with clear powder which helped a little but not a lot. I am sending it to my mom who loves everything I make and who I do like more than coffee (I can totally say that after I’ve had a cup or two of coffee 🙂 )
We are having a sale over at The Heart Desires that runs through Sunday.

This coffee cozy is another printable
I found on the web and I couldn’t find a colored paper on hand that I liked to print it on so I prettied it up with some glittered washi!
It doesn’t show so much in this photo but it is very sparkly and I like sparkly so this makes me happy! I made it just for me, cause I like me! 🙂
Happy belated World Cardmaking Day! I had a super day yesterday crafting with my friends and as usual I didn’t finish one card… I started this one though and then finished it about 10:30 last night!
This card is based on a sketch
on the Butterfly Reflections Blog
. Butterfly Reflections store
is one of my go to stores for supplies, she has great products at awesome prices and super fast shipping! (Fast shipping is a big deal for me because once I make up my mind I want something, I want it NOW!) 🙂
Supplies: Stampin Up Color Me Autumn Washi, For All Things, Branch, Good Greetings sentiment, Baked Brown Sugar Ink;
PTI Rustic White CS, Fall Button, Cork; Gold thread and CS from stash
Can I just say I LOVE this SU washi tape. I love all washi tape but these colors are awesome and it is not expensive! You get three rolls of five yards for $4.95! I have paid $4.00 for ONE roll before… Any way I am loving all the fall goodies in the Holiday Stampin’ Up catalog and it pairs up well with everything in my stash too! I have linked the catalog and my SU store on the right side of my blog if you see anything you would like to purchase!
My super crafty friend Amy, uses cork often and it always looks so pretty I thought I would try it here. It’s okay but I think I really like cork in smaller shapes so I am going to have to die cut some and make another card. Over all I like this card and it is a great sketch that I will use again.
Thank you for stopping by!
Also linking up to these challenges:
Supplies: SU World of Dreams, Good Greetings, Crisp Cantaloupe, Baked Brown Sugar; everything else from stash.
I really liked the inspiration card but don’t have that stamp set (yet) so I picked something similar in world of dreams. The next thing I did was go through my washi to find a color similar to crisp cantaloupe which was not hard considering how many rolls I have… (I am not a hoarder. I am not a hoarder. I am not a hoarder, maybe if I just keep saying that it will be true…)
I like the layout and the open space on this card and I think it would be a quick and easy card to make sets out of by just changing up the sentiments and colors.
