PTI Blog Hop
Time for the Papertrey Ink Feb Blog Hop!
This month’s inspiration photo:
Supplies:  PTI Black & Raspberry Fizz Cardstock; Delicata Gold Ink; Ranger Gold Pearl Embossing Powder;
Simon Says Stamp Sentiment; Laurel Stamp? Pretty Pink Posh Gold Sequins

I love the inspiration photo!  I made this card last minute so I used stamps that I had on hand which weren’t PTI but I was able to use the beautiful PTI cardstock!  It really is my favorite cardstock.

Day 3 PTI BD Challenges Thinking of You

Day three of Papertrey Ink’s 9th Birthday celebration and challenges. Be sure to check out Nicole’s page and join in the fun if you can!

Day 3 Challenge: Create a new project that is created with supplies you grab and gather together in 5 minutes.
Supplies: All PTI

What’s funny or not so funny if you ask my husband, all the supplies were out and within reach of my craft table for this card.  The base and panel were in a baggie waiting to be made into Christmas cards (that didn’t happen), the flower stamp and die set just happened to on the table where I set it while I was looking for something else and the impression plate was still sitting on my big shot from when I used it a few days ago.  You see, I am a procraftanator, I plan to craft so I have get the supplies out but then it actually takes me awhile to craft and when I am finished crafting I think to myself, oh that was fun I will make something else right after I finish doing this or that and then I don’t go back to crafting for a few days…  But hey my supplies are right there where I need them at least until I can’t find them because they are buried under other craft supplies…
Please, please, please tell me I’m not the only one that does this.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

PTI 9th BD Day 1 Challenge Too Long

It’s hard to believe it because it seems like just yesterday I found PTI but they have been around for 9 years now!  I have been a fan since late in that first year and I will be a fan for as long as they are around.  This is my favorite time of year too because today starts two weeks of contests and I hope to join in all of them but will be have even if I only make a few as the eye candy from the challenges is fantastic.  Be sure to check out Nicole’s page and join in the fun if you can!

Day one challenge is to choose a color recipe and create a card with those colors, I chose Ashley’s color combo and I CASE’d her lovely card!

Supplies: All PTI

Thank You CTS#153

Thanks to Leigh’s card I decided to play along with this cool sketch!

So my friend Toni over at the blog Frankie helps craft brought some Yupo paper and her Ken Oliver Color Burst paints to our last craft get together and then I came across this sketch over the weekend and here is what I created!  I love how it turned out!

I die cut the paper with a Mama elephant scallop die and stamped it with a lovely Concord & 9th stamp with Brutus Monroe Detail Ink.

I think this would be good for a guy and if you used more brown and green paints it would totally be a guy card.  I’m always looking to make more of those.
