Coffee Bookmark 2015 HCLB

I was inspired to make these bookmarks after I saw this fabulous card by my friend Toni!  I just finished them this morning and they are going out with some last-minute gifts today!  Stamps are from Sweet Stamp Shop and I colored them with Copics. Bookmark die is from Papertrey Ink.  I just love how they turned out.

Thanks for stopping by and have fun hopping!

Spring Coffee Lovers Bloghop – Coffee

Spring Coffee Lovers Bloghop
This is my third entry for the bloghop and once I saw these cups on pinterest I wanted try and make one with my awesome 4oz cups that until this project I thought could never not be cute…
Here is what I made:

I used Martha Stewart chalk paint, which is much more like paint and not like chalk at all and a Faber-Castell white Pitt pen.  I had planned on using one of the chalk pencils I had but it wouldn’t write on the paint…  So I thought I would use a chalk pen, well every darn one of them was dried out!  UGH, I hate it when that happens.  Luckily I had a juicy Pitt pen.  It looks okay but not at all what I was going for so I outlined the flower and word with a copic multi liner and this is what it looks like now:

I like it even less now but I think I will attempt to make another one tomorrow and I will stamp it with black first and get a new chalk pen!  Be sure to come back and see how it turns out!

One Happy Camper

Supplies: Sweet Stamp Shop Campout; Cardstock from stash(webster pages?); Copic Markers; Memory Box Grass Die

I struggled with this card.  Most because I wanted to color that camper and the fire so bad that I just stamped it on white cardstock and went to town!  lol! The problem came then as to what I was going to do with it…  The Verve color challenge turned out to be perfect color wise and then I found the Freshly Made Sketches and Virginia’s View challenges and it all came together!  I really like the way the fire turned out and who doesn’t love toasted marshmallows!

Welcome to the World Little One

Supplies: Sweet Stamp Shop Elephant Hearts; PTI Baby Mini Set; Pretty Pink Posh Sequins; Ink Memento; Cardstock PTI Kraft; White from stash; Copic Markers; Wink of Stella(clear); Glossy Accents

My very talented friend Amy from Tsuruta Designs made this super cute card and I knew immediately I had to have this stamp set!  Isn’t that elephant adorable?  He is!  This card will be going in my stash as I don’t have any friends that are expecting in the near future but it was fun to make.  It’s hard to see in this picture but I colored the balloons with wink of stella and then glossy accents, it is very sparkly in real life!   Other than waiting for the GA to dry, patience is not my strong suit, this was very clean and simple!
